About Us
P4SA is a distinguished soccer academy, founded by Isaac Garcia, a former coach from La Masia FCB with extensive global experience and profound soccer knowledge. Joining him are ex-players from La Masia FCB and other prominent clubs in Spain, Carlos Portas and Albert Portas, along with Jesus Leon "Chuy", a soccer enthusiast and owner of numerous restaurants in the USA. Our unique coaching methodology, the 4 Ps, sets us apart as we organize camps across the United States. With partnerships including Nike and individual sessions led by ex-FCB coaches from La Masia, we aim to significantly impact soccer education and youth sports development.
Our Mission
We aim to provide young soccer players across the U.S. with access to elite training through our Nike soccer camps. We collaborate with local academies, offering a unique experience based on the renowned Barça methodology (4P's) to help players become smarter and more strategic on the field. We are dedicated to supporting kids throughout their soccer journey, both on and off the field.
Our Vision
Our goal is to bring top-level training to every state, offering young players nationwide the chance to experience a Barcelona-inspired approach that enhances their technical and tactical skills year-round, while supporting their growth at every stage of their development.
Supporting Soccer Talent Development
We bring European methods to help U.S. players develop faster. Through Nike camps, we offer top-level training while respecting local academies. After the camp, we stay connected, supporting players’ growth on and off the field as part of our community.
P4SA Methodology
P4SA’s methodology focuses on the 4 P’s and was inspired by La Masia’s strategic approach to training. These key focuses are endorsed by Pep Guardiola and Xavi Hernandez as key areas young players should develop as they advance to higher levels of play
